THE DREAM COME TRUE...

BMB Fishing Tours is a dream come true for two fishermen, Bob Hildebrand and Bill Schmitt. They have been fishing down in Mexico for over ten years. Bill Schmitt came with his fishing partner, Mike. Bob always came along or brought someone to fish. Thus the name BMB, Bob, Mike and Bill. Sadly, Mike passed on but Bob and Bill wanted him to be remembered along with their fishing adventures.

THE RESORT...

The resort is located in San Pedro de la Cueva, which is south of Nogales, Mexico; 300 kilometers to Lake Novillo. The quaint, historic town has a grocery store, gas station, bar, small airport, hotel and a friendly small-town atmosphere

The bass are plentiful for the catching. While fishing, you are likely to catch a glance of the natural wildlife; deer, wild donkeys and a large variety of Mexican birds. This adds to the tranquil feel of the lake.

Our tour season runs from September through the end of March. We try to avoid the heat and heavy winter downpours. Evenings are spent swapping fish stories while enjoying an adult beverage. The outside terrace is a favorite of our guests to enjoy sunsets and fresh air.
